Kurt is a 4-year-old galgo who joined American Greyhound several months ago upon arriving from Spain. Kurt is a very social, happy boy and loves to be part of the fun! He is the life of the party and gets along well with everyone he meets, so would make a great family pet. His foster home includes several other galgos and a Weimaraner, and he gets along well with all of them. He also crates well and enjoys boat rides with his foster family. Kurt would be good with older kids, but does have a high prey drive so will need a home with no cats. He would love a home with a backyard full of squirrels to chase! His affinity for squirrels means his leash walking manners leave something to be desired. His foster mom believes he would do well to have some room to zoom around the yard a couple of times each day, so a 6’ privacy fence is preferred.
